It clears the emotions of extreme fear and terror which lie buried within the system. It is useful for people who carry mental, emotional or physical rigidity from past shock or trauma. In so doing, it strengthens the heart chakra. The extent of shock and trauma generates a fear of the unknown within the person that can creatively disable or restrict them on their life journey.
